DSGW Architecture is pleased to announce the hiring of three Interior Designers, two Intern Design Professionals, two Construction Administrators, two Project Design Technicians, Accounting Generalist and a Design Professional/Project Manager to our offices across Minnesota.

Jasmine Renneke, NCIDQ, WELL, AP, is an experienced Interior Designer with over seven years in the industry. Since joining the Lake Elmo office in August, and having recently received her WELL AP designation, Jasmine has provided her expertise on several projects across multiple industries. Jasmine is most passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces with clients’ needs and vision as the driving force behind the design.
Gabe Zaun joins DSGW Architecture’s Lake Elmo office as an Intern Design Professional. Gabe spent the summer of 2022 interning with DSGW assisting with projects such as Riverwood Healthcare Center and the Spirit Lake Health Center. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in December of 2022 and is now working towards becoming a licensed Architect.
Adam Reynolds joined DSGW’s Duluth office as a full time Intern Design Professional in June of 2022. He started his career with DSGW as a part-time intern while working towards his master’s degree in architecture from North Dakota State University. Adam has been a design team member on an array of different projects, from hotels to government centers to educational facilities and has been an asset across all market sectors. He is also a Staff Sargent enlisted with the Air National Guard at the 148th Fighter Wing in Duluth, working as an HVAC/R Technician.
Keya Azure joined DSGW as a Project Design Technician in May of 2022 after receiving his AAS in Architectural Technology from Northland Technical Community College. Working out of DSGW’s newest location in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, Keya has been an integral member of the project teams working on Hayward Community Schools and the UND Tribal Judicial Institute.
Stacey Harter, AIA, FARA joined the Duluth office as a Design Professional/Project Manager in January of 2023. Stacey brings with her 24 years of experience in the architecture industry and has quickly become a valuable member of the DSGW team working on a variety of projects from casinos to libraries to public works facilities. Her involvement in the Society of American Registered Architects Minnesota Council, American Institute of Architects, and local organizations perfectly aligns with DSGW mission to enrich communities.
Interior Designer, Nathan Head joined the Lake Elmo office with a degree in Interior Design from North Dakota State University in May of 2023. Since starting he has already been involved with several Indigenous projects from Minnesota to North Dakota to Wisconsin.
Construction Administrator, Ian Bradshaw, joined the Duluth office in May. Ian has been in the construction industry since receiving his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2016. Having recently moved back to Duluth from Seattle, he brings with him years of experience in project management with federally funded airport construction.
After graduating from Dunwoody Technical College, Project Design Technician Emily Lynch, joined DSGW earlier this summer and has hit the ground running. In the short time she has been a DSGW team member, she has already assisted with several projects and has even started posting weekly “fun facts” for our Duluth office to enjoy!
Aaron Hansen – Interior Designer/Project Manager, Jalyn Reynolds – Accounting Generalist, and Greg Houle – Construction Administrator recently celebrated 1 year with DSGW.
Aaron Hansen’s attention to detail and creativity have been an asset on several projects such as Rock Ridge High School, the Bay Mills Hotel and Resort in Michigan, and the White Shield Veterans Center in North Dakota. Aaron brings with him over 26 years of experience in the industry. In addition to enriching communities through his work at DSGW, Aaron is actively involved in the community as a board member for both educational and non-profit organizations.
Jalyn Reynold’s interest and passion for accounting started at the age of 9, helping to sort checks for an accountant. Professionally she comes to DSGW with decades of experience keeping the books in different industries such as retail and healthcare. She has proven herself to be an integral part of the DSGW team. In addition to day-to-day accounting functions, she is assisting in advancing the accounting technologies for our offices to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Greg Houle, CDT, CCCA has over 30 years of experience as a construction professional. He joined DSGW as a Construction Administrator, with a background in construction administration, construction management, operations management, and cost estimating. He has ensured the construction success of several projects since joining DSGW such as the Tokata Youth Center in South Dakota and the Mid-Atlantic Tribal Clinics in Virginia.
