Tower, MN – Fortune Bay Casino partnered with DSGW Architects to provide architectural and interior design services for the new Tim Horton’s Café as well as the newly renovated Tamarack Buffet.
The Tim Hortons Café and Bake Shop located within the casino results in the first Minnesota location for the Canadian bakery and café chain. Located next to the Tamarack Buffet, the cafe offers seating for 20, and diners are able to watch the baking process for the cafe’s donuts, bagels, croissants, muffins and other baked goods.
