DSGW provides support for all phases of planning and design for housing including identifying improvements such as environmental renovations or existing space reconfiguration which ultimately leads to a reduction in operational expenses. We work closely with city administrators, non-profits, developers and other stakeholders to develop strategic plans, programs, educate on emerging trends, raise funds, build consensus, cost estimate, manage budgets and design/renovate enduring housing facilities for the future.
