Four design professionals at DSGW are now registered Architects, Interior Designer

DSGW Architects is pleased to announce that the following staff members have logged thousands of hours in training and have passed the Architectural Registration Examination (ARE) and the National Certified Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) Examinations.

Steve Knutson joined DSGW in 2007 and is a newly Registered Architect. His primary focus is healthcare and education design. He is currently managing the construction of the addition and renovation to Aspen Academy in Savage, Minnesota, and new construction of the Community School of Excellence in St. Paul, Minnesota.  Steve is also part of the design team for the Naytahwaush Clinic located on the White Earth Reservation, Colville Tribal Health Center in Omak, Washington and Ponca Tribal Health and Wellness Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

Katherine Gerzina assisted in design and project management for the recently completed ENDI Apartments located in Duluth. Now, she is designing the St. Louis County Government Services Center located in Virginia, Minnesota. Katherine has been with DSGW for six years and is now a Registered Architect. She has been selected to participate in the 2017-2018 Leadership Duluth Program hosted by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Duluth is designed to develop leaders to take an active role in the community.

Matt Smith is now a Registered Architect. Matt’s focus is design and project management through construction. He is currently working on the renovation and addition to the Unity School in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin as well the Cromwell-Wright Schools in Minnesota. He began working for DSGW Architects in 2014 and is an active member of the local chapter of the USGBC and CSI.

Lynsey Mogck joined DSGW in as an intern in 2014 and full time employee in 2015. She has recently passed the NCIDQ Examination (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) and has earned the prestigious NCIDQ Certification. She is currently designing the interiors for the Winnebago Care Center in Nebraska and the Red Lake Hospital Emergency Room Expansion in Red Lake, Minnesota.
