DSGW Architects, a 75-year old community oriented firm, has hired Debbie Desjarlais Stockholm as Business Developer. Debbie will lead business development efforts for DSGW’s First American Design Studio. The studio’s focus is on developing communities in Indian Country and creating opportunities for Native Americans to become fully engaged in design and construction.

With a rich history of entrepreneurship and business, Debbie is a perfect fit for us as we build new relationships within Indian Country,” stated Michael Laverdure, Partner and Director of the DSGW’s First American Design Studio. “DSGW is committed to listening, engaging and enriching tribes and this growth will allow us to dedicate superior service to tribal communities.”Debbie commented, “I am excited to be joining DSGW. Debbie is an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, located in North Dakota and is also Assiniboine from Montana. She was educated at Montana State University and South Dakota State University and holds degrees in business finance and graphic design. With strong experience in sales and marketing, she joins DSGW from operating her own business and working with clients at 3M, Estee Lauder and Best Buy.
