Jess is DSGW’s Senior Project Coordinator with thirty years of progressive experience in the industry. She began in administrative support, evolving into a pivotal role overseeing projects from initial proposal to construction close-out, finding it immensely rewarding to see a project through to the end. She is a hands-on learner with extensive knowledge gained through practical experience, adept at proofreading, formatting, and ensuring meticulous detail in project documentation. She is a “jack of all trades” and helps out wherever needed. She is proficient in preparing and reviewing critical project documentation, contributing significantly to the successful execution of complex projects, such as the Iron Trail Motors Event Center and the Red Lake Tribal College and Government Center, while fostering strong relationships with clients and contractors.
