The North Segment Community Center will be a hub of action. The site and building is designed to house loads of activities for the North Segment Tribal Community. On the grounds visitors can enjoy a game of frisbee golf, horseshoes, play basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, or even hit a few balls on a putting green! Inside the 2 story facility a day can be spent by pool with flowing lazy river, while taking in the sun and breeze through the retractable roof. Additional community spaces such as a craft room, lecture hall, elders kitchen, playground, gymnasium, walking track and offices including home healthcare make up the remainder of this 100,000 sf facility.

The working with the Tribe, several sustainable and wellness features have been incorporated into the design and construction of the community center. The construction will be composed mainly of ICFs (Insulated Concrete Forms), a solar field is being installed to the north of the center, the roof has Eco Star recycled shingles, and a greenhouse that will be Net-Zero. There will be a drive up area for community members to pick up food items, or receive Covid testing, the interior offices will have access to daylight via solatubes, and a separate patio is being constructed near the entrance where the action is for the community elders to visit.
