Tiersa Dodge, an intern architect with DSGW Architects, has been selected as the Fuse Duluth Person of the Year. A division of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, Fuse focuses on providing resources, connecting and recruiting young talent. The person of the year award honors someone who has contributed to Fuse Duluth’s mission and leadership.

She was nominated and chosen for the award by her Fuse peers. On October 23, she gave an acceptance speech to over 1,300 business professionals at the Duluth Chamber Annual Dinner.

“Fuse has provided me with endless opportunities to connect with people. This has allowed me to build relationships with many influential professionals that advocate for positive change within our community. I learn from their precedent and without their continuous support, it wouldn’t be possible for me to give the time and energy I do to pacesetting organizations like Fuse,” stated Tiersa.

She became involved with Fuse in 2010, serving on the events and engagement committee. In 2013 she became the chair of the Leadership Council.  As past chair, she continues to serve on the council.
