On April 1st, 2022, DSGW became one of only a handful of Architecture Firms to participate in the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) JUST Program.
DSGW is committed to equitable practices, supporting the many aspects of wellbeing for our employees, and building positive relationships within our community. The JUST process has helped shape and hone this commitment. As of August 2022 DSGW is one of only 173 organizations that participate in the JUST Program across the United States.
Just is a “nutrition label” for socially just and equitable organizations. As a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations rather than a certification program, it is a transparency platform for organizations to disclose their operations, including how they treat their employees and where they make financial and community investments.
