Members Cooperative Credit Union went through a re-branding process with a goal of retaining and attracting a younger clientele. The first facility that implemented this new design was built near a prime shopping district in Duluth. While every building follows brand guidelines, each location is influenced by the community it’s a part of.
It acts as the prototype facility for other locations throughout the state and sets the standards for use of new corporate colors, interior design, style of architecture and exterior finishes. Most credit union facilities have four tellers drives, powered by two-way cameras and an ATM with night deposit; a reception area with a coffee bar; staff lounge; conference room wired for technology and personal devices; multiple private and public teller stations, and all semi-private offices that can double as teller stations.
