The Fred Leroy Health and Wellness Center is a joint venture with Indian Health Services to provide an expansion of medical service for members of the Ponca Tribe and the greater community. The project consists of 150,000 sf renovation and 5,000 sf addition to a former call center in Omaha, Nebraska. The new clinic will meet community needs by providing behavioral health, specialty care, primary care, imaging, labs, ophthalmology, audiology, dental, rehab, public health, and physical therapy services. The building is being designed for LEED Silver Certification.
